Hotel Information
Currently we have over 120 rooms booked at a range of three star hotels. Prices range from £69 to £80 per night single occupancy. Details are given below.
Hotel booking is not included in the registration fee. Therefore you must book independently through York Tourism Bureau. Details of the hotels are shown here.
If you wish to take advantage of this offer, you are advised to book early. York is a major tourist city and accommodation gets booked up well in advance. Apart from the hotels listed here there are others in the city centre at similar prices. York also has a wealth of Bed and Breakfast accommodation, which will be cheaper.

Cancellation policy
The organising committee is in no way responsible for cancellations of hotel bookings. Cancellation of hotels must be made directly with the hotel.
Payment
The registration fee must be paid in advance to CSL. See Registration Forms.
You are responsible for your accommodation needs either through the links above or wholly independently and will thus need to reserve and pay your hotel accommodation through the hotel. Please do not contact the Organising Committee or Dave Cowan about accommodation.
The hotels are all located within the City centre and the most convenient way to get around the city is on foot. Coach transport will be provided each day to take participants from their hotels to the Symposium venue in the morning, returning them to the hotel in the evening. For participants not staying in the recommended Conference Hotels, a central pick-up point will be organised. Details to follow.
Daily transfers between the above hotels and CSL will be included in the price of the conference.
